I love the name Isabella but not Ella and you can call Isabella either Bella or Ella as you got a daughter named Isabella.

I really like all the names you chose! I would not go with Ella though because a) it is too close to Emma and people will mix them up all the time, and b) Ella is a nickname for Isabella and that would be confusing too.
